The WHO World Health Organization's slogan Health for All in 208 is aimed at achieving all countries' sustainable development goals ensuring all people can get quality health services, where and when they need them and moving to development priorities. The decision of countries to achieve these goals is associated with challenges such as resource scarcity, changing priorities, continuing demands from the community, and economic crises. The use of Internet technologies as one of the most important trends in the quality of services and the effectiveness of the health system is a solution to the challenges presented above. After the first generation of the Internet, Digital Internet (IoD), and the second generation, the Internet of Things (IoT), which has extensively influenced various aspects of human life such as education, energy, health, transportation, etc., A new interpretation emerged as the third generation of the Internet, the Internet of Humans (IoH), a kind of coexistence for humans and the Internet. In this way, the Internet will not only be used as a practical tool, but as part of human identity. The logic of this type of Internet, with its connectivity and the interconnection of all stakeholders, is the human-centered approach and is directed towards serving without harmful constraints to the people and society. In this generation, the Internet is used for important targeting and solving the world's greatest challenges. As the IoH develops the Internet and the emergence of new health-related business models based on this technology, various concerns have been posed to provide an integrated framework for this issue, which has led to the emergence of extensive research in the world, and in particular in the European :::::::union:::::::. In this paper, a framework for human internet will be presented, which will take a great look at the health field, particularly in terms of the emergence of new businesses. In this paper, it will be shown how in the proposed framework, with the consideration of suitable enablers and inhibitors, it is possible to support new business areas and promote the growth of different areas of health and economics in this field. |
