چکیده انگلیسی مقاله	Guideline- base Mobile Health Decision Support System for smoking cessation management Background: Cigarette Smoking is among the leading cause of preventable mortality around the world. It is also associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease and lung cancer. In Iran, Cigarette Smoking is one of the major avoidable causes of death. Encouraging smokers to quit through Behavior change interventions such as counseling and pharmacologic treatments is one of the most effective interventions known to reduce smoking- related morbidity and mortality. Mobile Health-Based interventions can use as powerful tools to guide a person through the process of behavior change and help them quit smoking more effectively. Method: We have designed and implemented an interactive Mobile Health-Based decision support tool for three groups of patients, physicians and nurses. Three pharmacologic care plan item deployed in the application based on best practices guidelines in smoking cessation. The application used in three clinics affiliated with Tehran University of medical science. The evaluation was performed with usability testing and efficacy testing. Result: The results show that the app was well accepted both in practitioners and patients. Conclusion: Smoking cessation interventions based on evidence-based guidelines can help people quit smoking more effectively. These interventions can be facilitated through mobile Health platforms. Online Interaction between patients and clinicians and Practitioners’ screening of patients may provide better result in compare with other types of intervention.
