نگرشی بر بایولیچینگ فلزات سنگین از لجن فاضلاب در حالت پیوسته |

پس از تصفیه ی فاضلاب حجم زیادی لجن تولید می شود که به دلیل وجود نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و سایر مواد مغذی به عنوان کود در خاک دفن می شود، اما وجود فلزات سمی و سایر ترکیبات سمی در لجن، این کاربرد را محدود می کند. به مرور زمان فرایند بایولیچینگ به عنوان یک تکنولوژی طبیعت دوست و مقرون به صرفه به جهت حذف فلزات سنگین از لجن، گسترش یافته است. در این مقاله به توضیح فرایند بایولیچینگ در حالت پیوسته، میکروارگانیسم ها و همچنین مکانیزم کلی فرایند بایولیچینگ پرداخته شده است. همچنین موارد مختلفی از قبیل تخریب پاتوژن، کاهش بو و بازیابی فلزات از شیرابه اسیدی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. علاوه بر این، مشکلات تکنیکی مختلف فرایند بایولیچینگ مورد بحث قرار گرفته است، که باید هنگام گسترش فرایند در مقیاس های بزرگتر مورد توجه قرار گیرند. |

Bioleaching heavy metals from sewage sludge continuous mode: A review |

During the treatment of sewage, a huge volume of sludge is generated, which is disposed of on land as soil fertilizer/conditioner due to the presence of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients. However, the presence of toxic heavy metals and other toxic compounds in the sludge restricts its use as a fertilizer. Over the years, bioleaching has been developed as an environmentally friendly and cost-effective technology for the removal of heavy metals from the sludge. The present paper gives an overview of the various bioleaching studies carried out in continuous mode of operation, microorganisms and processes mechanism. The various important aspects such as pathogen destruction, odor reduction and metal recovery from acidic leachate also have been discussed. Further, a discussion was made on the various technical problems associated with the bioleaching process, which need to be addressed while developing the process on a larger scale. |
