میکروپلاستیکها بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین آلایندههای مواد غذایی معرفی شده و اثرات نامطلوب آن بر سلامت جوامع انسانی و محیط زیست آشکار است. در این پژوهش مروری اجمالی بر مطالعات روز دنیا در زمینه آلودگی مواد غذایی توسط میکروپلاستیکها، با مطالعه، مقایسه و گزارش54 مقاله معتبر علمی انجام شد. مطالعه و معرفی مواد غذایی متاثر از این ذرات ضمن بالابردن آگاهی عمومی نسبت به این موضوع، زمینه پژوهشهای جدیدتر را فراهم میکند. مهمترین مواد غذایی متاثر از میکروپلاستیکها در سه گروه آبزیان، نمک طعام و غذاهای فراوردهشده تقسیم بندی شدهاند. آبزیان به عنوان آلودهترین گروه شناخته شد و پلیاتیلن، تاثیرگذارترین ماده در آلودگیهای میکروپلاستیکی بوده است. مواد خوراکی پرمصرف از جمله آب، نمک و آبزیان دارای بیشترین پژوهشهای انجام شده و نیاز به بررسی آلودگی مواد آرایشی، بهداشتی و دارویی همچنان احساس میشود و کمتر بدان توجه شده است. |

Microplastics have been introduced as one of the most important food contaminants and its adverse effects on the health of human communities and the environment are obvious. In this study, an overview of current studies in the field of food contamination by microplastics was done by studying, comparing and reporting ..... a valid scientific article. The study and introduction of foods affected by these particles, while raising public awareness of this issue, provides the ground for newer research. The most important foods affected by microplastics are divided into three groups: aquatic, salt and processed foods. Aquatic animals were recognized as the most polluted group and polyethylene was the most effective substance in microplastic contaminants. High-consumption foods such as water, salt and aquatic products have the most research done and the need to study the contamination of cosmetics, health and medicine is still felt and less attention is paid to it. |
