تحلیل تاثیرات محیط زیستی با مدلسازی تولید و موجودی در زنجیره تامین یکپارچه و پایدار صنعت فروآلیاژ |

با افزایش جمعیت و نیاز به تولیدات صنعتی، نیاز به حفظ محیط‌زیست و توسعه پایدار بیشتر شده است. صنعت فروآلیاژ یکی از صنایعی است که از منابع تجدید ناپذیر استفاده می‌کند، دارای پسماند آلودگی بوده و مصرف انرژی بالایی دارد. ازاین‌رو به‌کارگیری ابعاد توسعه پایدار در زنجیره تأمین این صنعت امری ضروری است. در این تحقیق زنجیره تأمین صنعت فروآلیاژ مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. پس از شناسایی متغیرهای تصمیم در این مطالعه، یک مدل ریاضی بهینه‌سازی یکپارچه پایدار با توابع هدف بیشینه‌سازی سود و کمینه کردن آلودگی زیست‌محیطی با در نظر گرفتن بعد اجتماعی ارائه شده است. مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از داده‌های حقیقی جمع‌آوری‌شده از صنعت و توسط نرم‌افزار گمز حل‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بیان میکنند که با افزایش محدودیت های محیط زیستی میزان تولید و سود شرکت کاهش خواهد یافت. |

Environmental impact analysis with production and inventory modeling in the integrated and sustainable supply chain of the ferroalloy industry |

With the increase in population and the need for industrial production, the need to preserve the environment and sustainable development has increased. The ferroalloy industry is one of the industries that uses non-renewable resources, has residual pollution and high energy consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the dimensions of sustainable development in the supply chain of this industry. In this research, the supply chain of the ferroalloy industry has been investigated. After identifying the decision variables in this study, a mathematical model of sustainable integrated optimization with the objective functions of profit maximization and environmental pollution minimization by considering the social dimension is presented. The proposed model has been solved using real data collected from the industry and by GEMS software. The obtained results state that with the increase of environmental restrictions, the amount of production and profit of the company will decrease |
