عنوان فارسی تجزیه ژنتیکی مقاومت نسبت به نژاد یک گونه Meloidogyne javanica در لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) با استفاده از تجزیه میانگین نسل‌ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله نماتدهای ریشه­گرهی از مهمترین عوامل تهدید امنیت جهانی غذا محسوب شده و سالانه خسارت زیادی به محصولات کشاورزی وارد می­کنند. اطلاع از ویژگی­های ژنتیکی و نحوه توارث مقاومت، نقش مهمی در گزینش روش­های اصلاحی و توسعه ارقام مقاوم داشته و هزینه­های اصلاح رقم را کاهش می­دهد. در این مطالعه، تفرق ژن­(های) مقاومت در لوبیا نسبت به نژاد یک گونه Meloidogyne javanica در نسل­های P1، P2، F1، 1-F2، F2-2،BC1-R  و BC1-S حاصل از تلاقی ارقام Blanco×Alabama#1 براساس طرح پایه کاملا تصادفی در شرایط گلخانه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و شاخص­های گال و توده تخم پس از مایه‏زنی تعیین شدند. براساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگین نسل­ها، براساس حداقل اختلاف معنی­داری، بین ارزش فنوتیپی Blanco (والد حساس) و Alabama#1 (والد مقاوم) و بین ارزش فنوتیپی Blanco و F1 اختلاف معنی­داری وجود داشت در حالی که اختلاف بین  Alabama#1و F1 معنی­دار نبود.مقایسه میانگین ارزش فنوتیپی جمعیت F2 و تلاقی برگشتی با ژنوتیپ­های والدی بیشتر از ارزش فنوتیپی Alabama#1 (والد مقاوم) و تقریباً برابر والد حساس بود که نشان­دهنده گرایش غالبیت نسبی به سمت ارزش فنوتیپی والد حساس می­باشد. تجزیه اطلاعات نسل F2 براساس نسبت­های مندلی، بیانگر دو گروه فنوتیپی حساس و مقاوم با نسبت 3:1 بود که با نتایج تجزیه میانگین نسل­ها مطابقت داشت. نتایج اجزای واریانس نشان می­دهد واریانس اثرات غالبیت شاخص­های گال و توده تخم نسبت به اثرات افزایشی بیشتر بود و ژن­های غالب عمدتا در والد حساس که مقدار بیشتری از شاخص گال و توده تخم را در مقایسه با والد مقاوم دارا است، قرار گرفته­اند.

عنوان انگلیسی Genetic analysis of resistance to Meloidogyne javanica race 1 in the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Using Generation Means Analysis
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Root-knot nematodes are the main threats to global food security and cause significant damage to crops annually. Genetic characteristics and inheritance studies on the resistance play an essential role in selecting breeding methods for the development of resistant varieties and in reducing the breeding costs. During the present study, the segregation of resistance gene(s) against M. javanica race 1 in common bean was studied in P1, P2, F1, F2-1, F2-2, BC1-R, and BC1-S generations derived from crosses between Blanco×Alabama#1. The experiments were performed in a basic, completely random design under greenhouse conditions, and the root galling intensity and egg mass production were determined after inoculation. Analysis of variance and generation means showed a significant difference in phenotypic value between Blanco (susceptible parent) and Alabama#1 (resistant parent), as well as between Blanco and the F1 hybrid. However, no significant difference was found between Alabama#1 and the F1 hybrid. The phenotypic values of F2 and back cross populations were greater than those of Alabama#1 and were more similar to those of Blanco, indicating relative dominance toward susceptibility. Analysis ofthe F2 data based onthe Mendelian ratios was grouping into two susceptible and resistant phenotypes that corresponded to the ratio (3:1), respectively. This result was almost consistent with the results ofthe generation means analysis. The variance component analysis revealed that the variance of the dominance effects exceeded that of the additive effects. Dominant genes were predominantly found in the susceptible parent, which exhibited a higher gall index and egg mass than the resistant parent.
