وضعیت آلودگی به نماتد مرکبات Tylenchulus semipenetrans Cobb, ۱۹۱۳ در درختان مرکبات دارای علایم زوال تدریجی در جنوب استان کهگیلویه و بویر احمد |

بهمنظور بررسی آلودگی به نماتد مرکبات (Tylenchulus semipenetrans) در درختان مرکبات دارای علایم زوال تدریجی، طی سال 1400 نمونهبرداری خاک و ریشه از 30 درخت مرکبات (لیموترش، پرتقال و لیمو شیرین روی پایه مکزیکن لایم) دارای علایم زوال تدریجی در باغهای مرکبات جنوب استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد انجام شد. استخراج و تعیین جمعیت لارو سن دوم نماتد مرکبات در خاک و همچنین تعیین جمعیت نماتد بالغ ماده در ریشه، مطابق با روشهای متداول نماتدشناسی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، 80 درصد نمونههای خاک و ریشه درختان دارای علایم زوال، با میانگین جمعیت 8/509 لارو سن دوم در 250 سانتی‌متر مکعب خاک و 4/13 نماتد بالغ در گرم ریشه به نماتد مرکبات آلودگی داشتند. با وجود این، جمعیت نماتد مرکبات در خاک و ریشه همه درختان مورد بررسی از آستانه خسارت تعیین شده برای این نماتد (5000 لارو سن دوم در 250 سانتی متر مکعب خاک و 100 نماتد بالغ مرکبات در گرم ریشه) کمتر بود. علاوه بر آلودگی به نماتد مرکبات، در درختان دارای علایم زوال علایم پوسیدگی ریشه با شدتهای متفاوت مشاهده و گونههای مختلف قارچ Fusaium و دو جنس شبه قارچ Pythium و Phytophthora از ریشههای دارای علائم پوسیدگی، جداسازی و شناسایی شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، هرچند در درختان مورد بررسی جمعیت نماتد مرکبات از آستانه خسارت اقتصادی کمتر بود، ولی به نظر میرسد این نماتد در برهمکنش با قارچهای بیمارگر ریشه میتواند به تشدید زوال تدریجی درختان مرکبات کمک نماید. |

In order to investigate citrus nematode (Tylenchulus semipenetrans) infestation in citrus trees (Mexican lime, Sweet orange and Sweet lime on Mexican lime rootstock) with symptoms of slow decline, a total of 30 soil and root samples of citrus with symptoms of slow decline were taken in citrus orchards in the south of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province during 2021. The extraction and determination of the second-stage juveniles (J2s) population of citrus nematode in the soil as well as determination of the mature females population in the root, were done according to the routine procedure in nematology laboratories.The results revealed that T. semipenetrans was present in 80% of soil and root samples collected from citrus trees, showing slow decline. The number of J2s and females averaged 509.8/250 cm3 soil and 13.4/g root, respectively, and the mean numbers of J2s and females in soil and root samples of the surveyed orchards were lower than the damage threshold level determined for this nematode (5000 J2s/250 cm3 soil and 100 females/g root). In the citrus trees with the most severe decline, in addition to the infection with citrus nematode, symptoms of root rot were observed, and various species of Fusarium and two genera of fungus-like pathogens including Pythium and Phytophthora, were isolated and identified from the rotted roots. Based on the obtained results, although the citrus nematode population in the studied trees was less than the economic damage threshold, it seems that citrus nematode can lead to intensify the slow decline |
