عنوان فارسی	گونه‌هایی از خانواده Pratylenchidae جمع‌آوری شده از مراتع و جنگل‌های استان کرمان

چکیده فارسی مقاله	نماتدهای خانواده Pratylenchidae اکثراً انگل‌های داخلی مهاجر ریشه گیاهان عالی هستند و باعث خسارت اقتصادی می‏شوند. تاکنون 30 گونه از 98 گونه جنس Pratylenchus از ایران گزارش شده است. طی یک بررسی، گونه‌های P. neglectus، P. thornei، P. dakotaensis، Hirschmanniella gracilis و Zygotylenchus. guevarai از خانواده Pratylenchidae از فراریشه گیاهان مرتعی و جنگلی استان کرمان استخراج و شناسایی شدند. گونه‏های H. gracilis در چهار نمونه از فراریشه چمن‌ مرتعی و Z. guevarai از ‌مرغ و پونه‌ کوهی جمع‌آوری شد. گونه‌های P. neglectus از بادام‌کوهی، چمن‌ مرتعی و خارشتر، P. thornei از زرشک، چمن ‌مرتعی، گز، بابونه‌ وحشی و نی و یک گونه از چمن‌‌‌ مرتعی جمع‏آوری گردید که مشخصات ریخت‌سنجی و ریخت‌شناختی آن با گونه P. dakotaensis مطابقت نشان می‌دهد و برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می‌شود. این گونه دارای ماده‌هایی به طول 525-603 میکرومتر، استایلت 16-3/17 میکرومتر، مری 77-112 میکرومتر، دم به طول 30-34 میکرومتر و با 23-27 حلقه با انتهای تخت و حلقه‏های نامنظم، 80-75 = V و اسپیکول به طول 17-18 میکرومتر است. این گونه با داشتن سر با سه حلقه به گونه‌های P. thornei، P. fallax، P. convallaria، P. penetrans و P. lentis شباهت دارد و اختلاف مهم آن در مشبک بودن باندهای بیرونی سطوح جانبی (عمدتاً در ابتدا و انتهای بدن)، دم مخروطی با انتهای تخت و حلقه‌های نامنظم و داشتن نر است. این گونه در دو نمونه خاک فراریشه چمن‌‌مرتعی از استان کرمان جمع‏آوری گردید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله	Nematodes of the family Pratylenchidae Thorne, 1949 are mostly migratory endoparasites in the roots of higher plants and cause economic damage. So far, 30 of 98 species of the genus Pratylenchus have been reported from Iran. In a study, species of P. neglectus, P. thornei, P. dakotaensis, Hirschmanniella gracilis and Zygotylenchus guevarai from family Pratylenchidae were extracted and from the rhizosphere of rangeland and forest plants in Kerman province and identified. The species H. gracilis was found in four samples of meadow-grass and Z. guevarai in samples of Cynodon dactylon and oregano. The species P. neglectus was found in samples of wild almond, meadow-grass and alhaji, P. thornei in samples of barberry, meadow-grass, tamarisk, wild chamomile and reed, and one species in samples of meadow-grass, whose morphometric and morphological characters matched those of P. dakotaensis, and is reported for the first time from Iran. This species has females 525-603 µm long, stylet 16-17.3 µm, pharynx 77-112 µm, tail 30-34 µm long with 23-27 annuli, and truncate end with irregular annulation, V = 75-80 and spicules 17-18 µm long. This species resembles P. thornei, P. fallax, P. convallaria, P. penetrans, and P. lentis by the head with three annuli, but differs by the areolation of the outer bands of the lateral field (mainly at the anterior and posterior ends of the body), the conical tail with irregular annulation end and the male. This species was found in two soil samples from the rhizosphere of meadow-grass from Kerman province.
