نقش تفکر ناب در فرآیندهای سازمانی: مشکلات و موانع پیاده‌سازی آن |

در دنیای صنعتی و رقابتی امروز با توجه به کاهش منابع مختلف، بکارگیری رویکردهایی با هدف کاهش ضایعات و بهبود مستمر می‌تواند به عنوان راهبردی مناسب برای بهبود عملکرد و کاهش پیچیدگی‌های موجود در فرآیندها، تلقی گردد. یکی از مهمترین رویکردها که مورد توجه محققان و پژوهشگران قرار گرفته، رویکرد ناب است. حال رویکرد ناب در برخی مواقع شکست می‌خورند یا فرآیندهای سازمان به نتایج مورد انتظار نمی‌رسند. از این رو دانستن این موضوع که کدام عوامل مانع از دستیابی به چنین نتایجی می‌شوند اهمیت بسیاری دارد. هدف این تحقیق، تحلیل علل شکست پروژه‌های ناب و شناسایی عواملی است که به موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت فرآیندهای سازمان منجر می‌شوند. به این منظور، ابتدا مفاهیم رویکرد ناب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، سپس به تحقیق و جست و جو موانع اصلی رسیدن به تفکر ناب در سازمان پرداخته شد تا از شکست پروژه‌های ناب جلوگیری شود. در نتیجه، با بررسی مقالات و طبقه‌بندی موانع به‌کارگیری تفکر ناب، مشخص شد صرفا توجه به اصول ناب و استفاده از ابزارهای آن، اثربخش نیست؛ بلکه تعیین اولویت‌های این ابزا‌رها و نحوه به کارگیری آن‌ها در زمان و مکان مناسب با توجه به شرایط خاص آن شرکت، سازمان و... کلید موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی ناب محسوب می‌گردد. در دسته‌بندی مقالات، "عدم تعهد رهبری" بیشترین تکرار در عوامل شکست رویکرد ناب در فرآیندهای سازمانی را داشت. بنابراین عدم توجه به جنبه‌های انسانی علت بسیاری از شکست‌ها است. |

The role of lean thinking in organizational processes: Problems and barriers to its implementation |

In today's industrial and competitive world, considering the reduction of various resources, the implementation of approaches aimed at waste reduction and continuous improvement can be seen as an appropriate strategy for enhancing performance and reducing complexities in processes. One of the most important approaches that has been well-received by the researchers is the Lean approach. However, the Lean approach sometimes fails, or organizational processes do not achieve the expected results. Therefore, understanding which factors hinder achieving such results is remarkable. The aim of this research is to analyze the causes of Lean projects’ failures and identify the factors that lead to the success or failure of organizational processes. To this end, the concepts of the Lean approach were first examined, followed by an investigation into the main obstacles to adopting Lean thinking within organizations to prevent Lean projects’ failures. As a result, a review of articles and the classification of barriers to implementing Lean thinking revealed that merely adhering to Lean principles and utilizing its tools is not effective; rather, determining the priorities of these tools and how to apply them at the right time and place, considering the specific conditions of each company, organization, etc. is key to successful Lean implementation. In the categorization of articles, lack of leadership commitment was the most frequently mentioned factor contributing to the failure of the Lean approach in organizational processes. Therefore, neglecting human aspects causes many failures. |
