بررسی ارتباط بین مدیریت سایبرنتیک و مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها |

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، پرداختن به ارتباط میان مدیریت سایبرنتیک و مدیریت دانش و نقش و تاثیر آنها در مدیریت کارآمد سازمان است. مقاله حاضر یک نوشته مروری است که با رویکرد کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی تدوین شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، منابع چاپی و الکترونیکی در زمینه اطلاعات، دانش، سایبرنتیک و کاربردهای آن در مدیریت دانش است. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که بین مدیریت دانش و ابعاد سایبرنتیک رابطه معنی‌دار و مثبتی وجود دارد و تایید می‌کند که عمل به مدیریت سایبرنتیک در سازمان می‌تواند بر توسعه فرایندهای مدیریت دانش تاثیرگذار باشد. هم‌چنین ویژگی‌های مدیریت سایبرنتیک همچون وجود بخش‌های مختلف سازمانی که به خوبی از هم تفکیک شده‌‌اند، ارتباطات گسترده سازمانی، واگذاری اطلاعات به موقع به کارکنان، دستورالعمل‌ها و قوانین روشن سازمانی، گزارش‌دهی سریع و مداوم، هدفمندی و افزایش تنوع راهکارها در برابر تنوع فعالیت‌ها باعث می‌شود که سازمان در کسب، نگهداری و به کارگیری دانش در سطح گسترده سازمانی سهولت بیشتری اقدام نماید. |

Investigating the relationship between cybernetic management and knowledge management in organizations |

The purpose of this research is to deal with the relationship between cybernetic management and knowledge management and their role and impact in the efficient management of the organization. This article is a review written with a library and documents approach. The statistical population of the research is printed and electronic resources in the field of information, knowledge, cybernetics and its applications in knowledge management. The results of this study show that there is a significant and positive relationship between knowledge management and cybernetics dimensions and confirm that the practice of cybernetics management in the organization can affect the development of knowledge management processes. Also, the features of cybernetic management such as the existence of different departments of the organization that are well separated from each other, extensive organizational communication, handing over information to employees on time, clear organizational guidelines and rules, quick and continuous reporting, targeting and increasing the variety of solutions against the variety of activities causes that the organization should make it easier to acquire, maintain and use knowledge at a wide organizational level. |
