چکیده موتور های درونسوز به دلیل پیچیدگی های فرایند احتراق و سوخت رسانی‚ نیازمند طراحی دقیق اجزای دقیق از جمله سیستم ‚انژکتور‚ هستند. عملکرد انواع انژکتور ها تاثیر مستقیمی بر کیفیت فرآیند احتراق در سیستم های سوخت رسانی دارد. الگوی جریان‚ یکنواختی پاشش و کاهش مصرف سوخت از جمله عواملی هستند که به طراحی بهینه انژکتور ها وابسته اند. در واقع با انتخاب و طراحی انژکتور مناسب‚ توزیع سوخت‚ راندمان احتراقی و میزان آلایندگی موتور را کنترل میکنیم. با تحلیل ها برای موتورهای درونسوز ‚ انژکتور مورد نظر باید خواسته ها و هدف های موتور مربوطه که مهمترین ان ها احتراق کامل با بیشترین بازدهی هست را را فراهم کند. انژکتور طراحی شده‚ باید بالاترین راندمان را از خود نشان دهد. این بدین معناست که در سیال خروجی انژکتور در سریع ترین زمان ممکن تبدیل به بخار شود. |

Abstract Due to the complexities of the combustion and fuel delivery process, internal combustion engines require precise design of precise components, including the injector system. The performance of various injectors has a direct impact on the quality of the combustion process in fuel delivery systems. The flow pattern, spray uniformity, and fuel consumption reduction are among the factors that depend on the optimal design of injectors. In fact, by selecting and designing the appropriate injector, we control fuel distribution, combustion efficiency, and engine emissions. With the analysis for internal combustion engines, the desired injector must provide the requirements and goals of the relevant engine, the most important of which is complete combustion with the highest efficiency. The designed injector must show the highest efficiency. This means that the fluid at the injector outlet must be converted to vapor as quickly as possible. |
