علاوه بر منابع، سرمایه، دانش، و فناوری به عنوان مهمترین مولفه های تولید ثروت، توسعه، و پیشرفت در هر کشور، نقش مدیریت دانش و فناوری در افزایش بهره وری بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده که اخیرا در صنایع مختلف مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند. کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی به دلیل تولید غذای بشر و حفظ منابع و محیط زیست یکی از بخش های بسیار مهم در هر کشور محسوب می شود. اهمیت بالای کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی، ضرورت به کارگیری دانش و فناوری های مختلف برای رسیدن به اهداف مورد نظر در این بخش، و کثرت و تنوع دانش و فناوری موجود و سرعت بالای دستیابی به دانش و فناوری جدید در حوزه های مختلف، ضرورت بهره گیری از مدیریت دانش و فناوری در کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی را آشکار می سازد. در مقاله حاضر، ابتدا مبحث فناوری و مدیریت فناوری و سپس دانش و مدیریت دانش معرفی و سپس ابعاد به کارگیری و بهبود آن ها در بخش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و برخی از موارد کاربرد و تحقیقات صورت گرفته در این زمینه ها گزارش شده است. |

In addition to resources, found, knowledge, and technology as the most important components of wealth creation, development, and progress in countries, the role of knowledge and technology management in increasing productivity are very important which have recently been considered in various industries. Agriculture and natural resources are one of the most important sectors in each country due to the production of human food and the preservation of resources and the environment. The high importance of agriculture and natural resources, the need to use different knowledge and technologies to achieve the desired goals in this sector, and the multiplicity and diversity of existing knowledge and technology and the high speed of achieving new knowledge and technology in various fields, show the need of applying knowledge and technology management in agriculture and natural resources. In the present article, firstly the topic of technology and management of technology and then knowledge and knowledge management have been introduced and then the dimensions of their application and improvement in agriculture and natural resources investigated and some applications and researches in these fields reported. |
