با افزایش جمعیت جهان و صید بی رویه از آبهای آزاد، توجه به تکثیر و پرورش آبزیان بویژه ماهیان دریایی افزایش یافته است. توجه به تکثیر و پرورش ماهیان دریایی با هدف پرورش آنها در قفسهای دریایی و استخرهای خاکی ساحلی جنوب کشور حائز اهمیت است و در این زمینه گونه های متعددی به عنوان گزینه های تکثیر و پرورش معرفی شده است. هامور معمولی(Orange- spotted grouper) از خانواده سرانیده، از گونه های مهم در جنوب کشور می باشد که ارزش اقتصادی قابل ملاحظه ای دارد. رشد سریع در دمای بالا، تحمل شرایط متراکم، تقاضای بازار، کیفیت گوشت، مقاوم در برابر بیماری ها از جمله عواملی هستند که توسعه آبزی پروری هامور معمولی را تشدید کرده است. ایران با توجه به نوار ساحلی منحصر به فرد خود دارای موقعیتی مناسب برای پرورش هامور معمولی می باشد. تکثیر مطلوب ماهی هامور، هورمونتراپی به موقع جهت دستیابی به جنس نر و ماده، تهیه غذای زنده، بهبود بقای دوره لاروی و فراهم کردن شرایط برای پرواربندی از نکات مهم در تکثیر و پرورش ماهی هامور است. در کشور مطالعات مختلفی در زمینه تکثیر و پرورش هامور معمولی صورت گرفته که لازم است در اختیار بخش خصوصی و اجرا قرار گیرد. در مطالعه مروری حاضر اهمیت توجه به تکثیر و پرورش ماهی دریایی هامور معمولی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. |

With the growth in the world's population and the overfishing of open waters, aquaculture, especially marine fish, has increased. It is important to pay attention to the propagation and rearing of marine fish in the marine cages and coastal ponds in the south of the country. In this regard, several species have been introduced as rearing options. The Orange-spotted grouper of the Serranidae family is an important species in the south of the country that has significant economic value. Rapid growth at high temperatures, tolerances to dense conditions, market demand, meat quality, and disease resistance are among the factors that have intensified the development of grouper aquaculture. Due to its unique coastal line, Iran has a suitable position for the cultivation of orange-spotted grouper. Proper reproduction of grouper, timely hormone therapy to achieve male and female sex, preparation of live food, improvement of larval survival, and providing conditions for growing are important points in the reproduction and rearing of grouper fish. In the country, various studies have been conducted in the field of propagation and rearing of orange- spotted grouper, which needs to be made available to the private and executive sectors. In the present study, the importance of paying attention to the propagation and raring of orange- spotted grouper was investigated. |
