عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل بهره وری و عملکرد سازمان ها از دید منافع مالی و اقتصادی با در نظر گیری راهنمایی هایی از استاندارد 10014ISO
چکیده فارسی مقاله بهره وری و شاخص های مرتبط با آن برای سازمان ها به خاطر تاثیر گذاری مستقیم بر عملکرد و کارایی سازمان بسیار اهمیت دارد. امروزه شرکتها و سازمان ها به بحث منافع مالی و اقتصادی و استانداردهای مطرح در این حوزه برای بدست آوردن مزیت های رقابتی اهمیت فراوانی قائل هستند. در حوزه منافع مالی و اقتصادی استاندارد 10014 ISO مطرح می باشد. در این مقاله در ابتدا به بررسی هر یک از مفاهیم بهره - وری و منافع مالی و اقتصادی به طور جداگانه پرداخته شده است، سپس ابعاد و معیارهای هریک از آنها استخراج شده است. بر این اساس، برای موضوع بهره وری 20 شاخص و برای منافع مالی و اقتصادی 16 شاخص از مقالات و کتب استخراج شده است. این مقاله به دو روش مطالعه توصیفی و اکتشافی انجام شده است. در مطالعه توصیفی به استخراج شاخص ها و مفاهیم تاثیر گذار بر دو موضوع بهره وری و منافع مالی و اقتصادی به صورت جداگانه پرداخته شده است و مطالعه اکتشافی به بیان ارتباط بین مفاهیم و شاخص های مطرح شده در دو حوزه بهره وری و منافع مالی و اقتصادی، که بر گرفته از مرور ادبیات می باشد و با توجه به مفاهیم و موضوعات مطرح شده پرسشنامه ای برای پیدا کردن ارتباط معنادار بین دو موضوع بهره وری و منافع مالی و اقتصادی تدوین شد که در بین خبرگان صنعت و دانشگاه توزیع و نتایج آن جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از آزمون t در سطح 0٫05- ما توانستیم شاخص های مرتبط را استخراج و از بین آن ها هم شاخص هایی که ارتباط قوی تر دارند در حوزه های مختلف مشخص شدند

عنوان انگلیسی Considering the relationship between productivity factors and organizational performance from financial and economic benefits with regards of ISO 10014 Guidelines
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله productivity and the related indicators have great importance for them due to the direct effects on the organization’s performance and efficiency. Nowadays, firms and organizations devote a considerable attention to the issue of financial and economic benefits and relevant standards to acquire competitive advantages. In the field of financial and economic benefits the ISO10014 standard is relevant. in this study, at first the concepts of productivity and financial and economic benefits are considered separately. Then the aspects and the criteria of each of them is extracted. Based on this, for the productivity issue 20 indices and for the financial and economic benefits 16 indices have been extracted from papers and books. This study has been conducted through two research methods: exploratory and descriptive. In the descriptive study, the indices and the concepts having effect on the issues of productivity and financial and economic benefits have been extracted separately. In the exploratory method, the relationships among the defined concepts and indices in the two fields of productivity and financial and economic benefits, which have been acquired from the literature, have been specified. Regarding the introduced issues for finding a meaningful relationship between productivity and financial and economic benefits, a questionnaire has been developed which has been filled in by the experts in the industry and university. By conducting a t-hypothesis test on the obtained results, the related indices have been extracted. Among these indices, the ones having the stronger relationship in different areas have been determined.
