امروزه بهینه سازی مسائل ترکیبی تولید و برونت سیاری، یک مسئله مهم در صنعت محسوب می شود که به طور کلی روش های انگار : فراہنگامی برای حل ایت نت م ش نهاد شده است. روی تردای اینکاری مورد استفاده برای حل این مان شیک محدودیت ها و حسابداری استاندارد می باشند. این رویکردها در مسائل ہندم کارایی لازم را نداشته و از این رو الگوریتم شما فرا ابتکاری ابزار مناسبی برای حل این مسائل به نظر می رسند. در این مقاله از حرم حججی نمایمونی برای حل مشی ترکیبی تولید و برون سپایی استفاده شده است و نتایج بدست آمده با روش های ابتکایت : فرابنگاری موجود تهیه شده است. نتایج به دست آمده گایی الگوی بینیم پیشنهادی را در مقایسه با سایر الکمربند دمای موجود در حل این مسائل نشان می شد. |

Solving the integrated Product Mix-Outsourcing Problem using Harmony Search Algorithm |

The integrated product mix-outsourcing optimization is a major problem in manufacturing enterprise. Generally, heuristic or meta-heuristic solution approaches are used to optimize such problems. Heuristic approaches for these problems include Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Standard Accounting.Sometimes heuristic approaches are inefficient especially in large problems and instead, in these cases meta-heuristic algorithms have been used extensively. In this paper, a novel meta-heuristic algorithm 'Harmony Search Algorithm' (HS) is applied to solve the integrated product mix-outsourcing optimization problem. In addition, the results obtained from HS are compared with the results of TOC, Standard Accounting and other meta heuristic approaches. The results show the efficiency of proposed algorithm to solve integrated product mix-outsourcing optimization problems in comparison with other mentioned algorithms in the literature. |
